On October 19, 2023, the "German Fairness Award 2023" was presented by the German Institute for Service Quality and the news channel ntv at the Bertelsmann Representative Office in Berlin. The award winners in the 75 categories were determined as part of a large survey via an online panel. The survey, which was designed to be representative of the population, examined customer satisfaction with the companies in the areas of value for money, reliability, transparency and recommendation. Respondents could only rate one company in each of the 75 industry categories; a total of 73,600 company votes were collected.
CWS Workwear wins in the "Textile Rental Service" category
CWS Workwear was the winner among 10 companies with 77.8 points out of a possible 100 points. The service provider was particularly convincing in the area of reliability with 78.3 points.

The award reflects the satisfaction of our customers with regard to our high service quality and partnership-based cooperation with our customers", comments Lena Pohlmann, Head of Strategy Workwear, who accepted the "German Fairness Award 2023" for CWS Workwear in Berlin.
