Sales Consultant New Business Workwear

Job Responsibilities:
Achieve budget, sales plans, and KPI targets.
Assess and enhance the sales competencies of team members.
Coordinate promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the Workwear market trends in Czechia.
Evaluate and develop new sales opportunities.
Maintain business relationships with clients.
Foster a positive image of the Company.

Qualifications:
Experience in a managerial position in B2B sales within the professional services sector.
A valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently for business (including joint client visits with team members).
Practical knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to impart this knowledge (coaching experience is a plus).
Proficiency in conducting both direct and remote negotiations (via phone, messaging platforms).
Ability to analyze situations and make decisions under time pressure.
Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to support and motivate remote team members (via phone, messaging platforms).
Proficiency in MS Office – especially Excel.
Ability to work with CRM/ Salesforce.
Knowledge of the English language.
Enthusiasm and commitment.
