As the Customer Care and Logistical Department Lead at CWS Workwear, you will oversee a unified department that seamlessly manages customer interactions and logistics operations.
Your role encompasses the following key areas:
Customer Care and Logistics Integration:
Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and resolve complaints.
- Provide courteous and accurate information about our products and services.
- Manage contractual price increases and coordinate delivery of new and replacement garments.
- Play a pivotal role in implementing services for new customers.
Logistics Coordination:
- Facilitate the entire garment lifecycle:
- Pickup: Arrange for the efficient pickup of workwear from customers.
- Transfer to Laundry: Ensure timely transfer of garments to the laundry facility.
- Return from Laundry: Coordinate the return of cleaned and repaired workwear from the laundry.
- Delivery to Customers: Arrange for the delivery of garments back to customers.
- Collaborate closely with the laundry manager to address any issues related to garment cleaning and repair.
Team Leadership and Process Enhancement:
- Supervise both customer care and logistics staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster collaboration.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and logistics activities.
- Produce reports for trend analysis and continuous improvement.
