Digital Marketing Specialist CEE

CWS is looking for a Regional Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team and help us grow our online presence. Your main responsibilities will be to optimise our websites, create local SoMe content, work on our company's digital advertising campaigns, monitor online consumer behaviour and work with the team to create campaigns to increase website traffic and sales. Our ideal candidate will lead SEO activities within the CEE region. We are looking for a creative team player with a passion for digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise the PL websites and lead the optimisation of the regional websites in CEE,
• Create and publish local social media content for the region,

• Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns using SEO, SEA and other tools

• Execute email marketing campaigns,
• Research advertising trends, competitor pricing and products, conduct market research,
• Report campaign growth and analysis to stakeholders,
• Measure digital traffic, monitor social media and Google Analytics,
• Support the Regional Marketing Coordinator in the development and execution of campaigns, new product launches, social media posts and other marketing activities to generate leads, up-sell, cross-sell and support sales, including content creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital marketing specialist or similar role,
• Ability to write and edit content with attention to detail,
• Native Polish speaker, fluent in English, knowledge of other CEE languages an advantage,
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methodologies,
• Proven experience of marketing data analytics and tools,
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, marketing software and applications (web analytics, Google Ads etc.),
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
• Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team,
• Attention to detail, good organisational skills and efficient time management.
